Mixed Retreat
Our Mixed Retreat incorporates all 3 workshops- Academic Writing: Reduce Anxiety, Stress Reduction Techniques in Research and Creative Thinking in Research.
Overview
Available as a 3-day session, participants will benefit from intensive individual writing phases, with brief group interludes to share experiences and insights as they progress through various aspects of the writing process.
Please note it is important that the student has conducted enough research to write their chapter/paper/literary review.

Retreat Details
​Focusing on a mindful approach to research, the event will address key challenges such as stress management, creative problem-solving, and building confidence. Students will leave feeling more empowered and prepared to navigate the demands of their PhD program.
Day 1
-building confidence in research through creative experimentation.-significance of self-compassion in enhancing critical thinking
Days 2 & 3
-students will focus on their academic writing with individual and group support from Dr Ryan.. The student can work on writing from any research area.
