Focused Academic Writing: Develop Clarity & Confidence
This writing retreat is based on Dr Ryan’s workshop, Focused Academic Writing: Develop Clarity & Confidence. It is available in either a 2-day or a 3-day session, where participants will accomplish a significant amount of writing work in a supportive environment.
Overview
Each stage of the workshop will be guided by Dr Ryan, who works in a PhD supervisory role. The student can work on writing from any research area as Dr Ryan’s expertise is from a generic perspective of developing a discursive narrative in any context and guiding its direction.
Each session will feature intensive individual writing phases alongside brief group discussions, where students can share their experiences and insights as they progress through the writing process.
Please note it is important that the student has conducted enough research to write their chapter/paper/literary review.
.
Dr. Catriona Ryan SFHEA will be the facilitator of the session.
Available on-campus or online.
